Description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence. Your Role You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
 To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
 To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
 To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people key performance indicators (KPI).
 To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating at a site level.
 To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds their productivity targets.
 To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business. Your Skills and Experiences

• Approx. 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Post graduate from a recognized university in Supply Chain.
• Should be pro-active, analytical and problem solver.
